Spa Auburn is the area's premier medically-based day spa. Our mission is to offer our clients results
oriented treatments in a beautiful sanctuary — a paradise for the senses, where optimal health and beauty emerge.
Lee Ann Pettit, RN, Master Esthetician and Auburn alumna, is the owner of Spa Auburn. Dr. William Hedden of
Hedden Plastic Surgery in Birmingham is the Medical Director with a satellite office at the spa.
The professional staff at Spa Auburn includes licensed massage therapists who offer an array of massage
therapy, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology and Hot Stone.
The medical estheticians and aesthetic nurse specialists offer free skin assessments and consultations, with
treatments ranging from dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and chemical peeling to relaxing and rejuvenating facials, as well
as facial treatments utilizing direct current and ultrasound vitamin therapy. Nail technicians offer spa pedicures,
manicures and other nail services. The makeup artists have been trained by an Emmy Award winning makeup artist using the
finest mineral makeup available. The helpful and friendly staff in the reception area will make you feel so special!

Tuesday — 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday — 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
 Appointments
When booking an appointment, please have your gift card number (found on the lower back of your card) or your
credit card number ready. This is to secure your appointment only. Your credit card will not be charged UNLESS you fail to honor
our cancellation policy. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to ensure enough time to fill out any
necessary paperwork.
Repeat clients should arrive 15 minutes before appointment time to allow enough time to change into one of our
cozy spa robes and enjoy our relaxation lounge and cappucino/smoothie bar. Unfortunately, late arrival to an appointment may
result in shortened service time, as it would be unfair to make the next client wait.
Attire
Come as you are! For most spa services, such as massage therapy or skincare, you will be provided with a cozy spa
robe and slippers. For shorter services, e.g., eyebrow or bikini waxing, changing clothes is not necessary.
Cancellation
We understand that you may need to adjust your appointment time, and we request that you give us a 24-hour notice
to cancel or reschedule a single service. For multiple services or group parties, we request a 48-hour notice. We may require a
credit card number to book appointments for group parties or multiple services. If you fail to give our front desk notification
within 24 hours to cancel or change your appointment, a surcharge of 50% will be charged against your credit card for each service booked.
Spa Parties
"Sparties" are great for wedding bridal parties, birthdays, girls weekends, mom's day out, etc. Please call more
than 2 weeks in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your guests with the services they prefer. A 20% gratuity will be
included for parties of three or more for added convenience. A credit card number is required to book sparty services, and we
ask that you give a minimum of 48-hour notice to cancel.
