Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling an appointment is the best way to ensure that you receive the service
you want, when you want it.
Q: What should I wear to my appointment?
A: Come as you are. Spa gowns are provided for skin care and massage therapy services. For a pedicure, be sure
to bring open-toed shoes to prevent smudging of polish.
Q: How do I know which facial I need?
A: If you have read the descriptions of the different skin care services and still don't know which facial is
right for you, schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our estheticians to assess your skin and address your specific
skin care needs.
Q: Is gratuity included in the price of the service?
A: No. Please feel free to tip at your discretion.
Q: Does Dr. Hedden perform surgery there?
A: No. At Spa Auburn, Dr. Hedden provides complimentary cosmetic surgery consultations, administers injectables
(Botox®, Restylane®, etc.) and performs laser procedures. His surgeries are performed at his office in Birmingham.
Q: Do you sell gift certificates?
A: Yes. Gift certificates are available in any denomination, or for any spa service.
