Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation, or augmentation mammaplasty, is a surgical operation performed to enlarge the breasts for a number of reasons:

To enhance the body contour of a woman, who for personal reasons feels that her breast size is too small.
To correct a loss in breast volume after pregnancy.
To balance breast size when there exists a significant difference between the size of the breasts.
As a reconstructive technique for various conditions.
Replacement of breast implants for medical or cosmetic reasons.

Breast Lift

As the skin loses its elasticity, the breasts often lose their shape and firmness and begin to sag. A breast lift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. A mastopexy can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. If your breasts are small or have lost volume, for example after pregnancy, breast implants can be inserted in conjunction with a mastopexy to increase both the firmness and size of the breasts.

Breast Reduction

Some women not only feel their breasts are too large but have discomfort and physical complications because of their overly large breasts. Breast reduction surgery transforms heavy pendulous breasts into smaller and lighter versions. The transformation can also mean the end to chest, shoulder and neck pain, skin irritations, deep bra strap indentions and extreme self-consciousness that afflict overly large breasted women and girls.

Facelift

In time, the effects of gravity, sun exposure, heredity, and the basic stresses of living are revealed in the face and neck. Modern surgery techniques can now reduce this aged appearance with a facelift. Most wrinkling and sagging can be eliminated by removing excess fat and skin, and tightening the neck and facial muscles.

Liposuction

If diet and exercise have failed to reduce areas of unwanted fat, then liposuction may provide the help that you are looking for. Liposuction is designed to improve body shape and remove unwanted fat from areas such as upper arms, abdomen, thighs, hips, knees, ankles, and male breasts. Liposuction is not a substitute for diet and exercise and it is not a weight loss procedure. It is extremely effective in removing fat in areas that just do not respond to traditional weight reduction methods.

Rhinoplasty

The nose is the face's most prominent feature and the feature a good number of men and women would most like to change. If you are unhappy with your nose, you can transform it with nasal surgery called rhinoplasty. If breathing is a problem, rhinoplasty can be combined with septoplasty to correct the interior chambers of your nose to effectively restore the capacity to breathe freely.

Otoplasty

Otoplasty, or ear surgery, is usually performed to set prominent ears back closer to the head or to reduce the size of large ears.

Abdominoplasty

Abdominoplasty, or "tummy tuck," is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and to tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall. The procedure can dramatically reduce the appearance of a protruding abdomen, but it does produce a permanent scar that depending on the extent of the excess tissue and what is required to correct it can sometimes extend from hip to hip.
